Glass-Bottom Boat Tour – Waiver and Liability Agreement
Please read and acknowledge the following before participating in the tour:
- I understand that participating in this tour involves inherent risks, including weather changes, sea conditions, slipping, falling, or seasickness.
- I am voluntarily participating in this activity and accept all risks involved.
- I understand that the company will do everything possible to ensure safety, but I will not hold the company or staff liable for any injury, loss, or accident.
- I confirm that I am physically fit for this activity and have no medical conditions that could be worsened by a boat trip.
- I allow the company to provide or seek emergency medical help if needed, at my own cost.
- I understand that the Captain may cancel or shorten the tour due to weather or sea conditions. Refunds will follow the company’s Terms and Conditions.
- I acknowledge that I must weigh under 100 kg to participate for safety reasons.
- If I am signing for a minor, I am their parent or legal guardian and accept all responsibility.
